How does an Ekopod work and what does it do?
The Ekopod’s job is to either supplement or eliminate your current electricity requirements within your home or business. The unit is installed in an open, secure and safe location in your premises and runs quietly without disturbance and can be run on or off the grid.
Each unit has been designed to be built in a modular fashion and can produce appx 4,000 - 5,000 watts. More electricity can be generated by linking modules together.
How much room does an Ekopod module take up?
Various factors need to be considered and it depends on how much electricity you wish to generate as well as local conditions where the Ekopod will be installed. The absolute minimum floor space required by an Ekopod is appx 1.5 m2.
Do I need to change the electrical wiring in my home?
No. You do not need to make any changes to your current wiring and Ekopod can be easily installed and integrated into any current system. However if you wish to use ekopod with your gas furnace or any non electrical product, you would need to switch those products to electric in order to take advantage of Ekopod’s money saving and environmental features.
If the Ekopod can be run off the grid, what powers the Ekopod?
The actual technology behind Ekopod is currently protected by trade secret, however its safe to say that the ekopod does not require any residual or traditional energy sources such as oil, kerosene, paraffin, batteries or hydrogen for it to operate. Ekopod is a safe new technology, simple in operation and design yet effective in terms of running independently.
Does the ekopod need to be maintained?
Like everything, the Ekopod does require some occasional maintenance by your local distributor.
Can I use the EKopod in my car?
An Ekopod can produce hydrogen via the electrolyser which can power your future hydrogen car or charge your future electric car. The Ekopod needs to be in a safe and stable environment and is not suitable for integration into a motor vehicle.
Is Ekopod Green?
Yes. The Ekopod does not produce any more pollution than say a hydrogen or electric car.
Where can an Ekopod be used?
Ekopod can be used for anything that requires the generation of electricity such as your home, office, restaurants, cafes, yachts, apartment buildings.
How can I purchase an ekopod?
Ekopod is to be made available via a worldwide network of approved and qualified distributors. We have developed a unique sales and marketing plan eliminating the traditional corporate and financial network of today.
How much does the Ekopod cost?
Varies on how much wattage you need to start with. Depends on your electricity requirements. The price will vary from each country and each distributor. Our mission is to make this available to you as economical as possible.
